Who We Are
Tracy De Soto, Founder and CEO, of Windansea Law Offices graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law. She has been a member of the California Bar Association since 2006. She has taught Children and the Law at CWSL for the past fifteen years. She has also specialized in dependency law since then as well. Tracy expanded her dependency practice into writ and appellate law over the past decade and practices in most of the districts in California. Tracy first started corporate law some fifteen years ago and has helped numerous small businesses incorporate, and helped manage employment issues, along with negotiated many contracts.
Tracy's personal interests are clearly children, as she is a mother herself, exercising in nature, cooking and traveling.
